ChiQuita holds a degree in learning design and strategic communication. Trainings are prepared with thorough structure, clarity, and intentional progression. Years of education, training, and experience helped her understand how people learn. She created workshops to address how beliefs and identity shape results and how behavior changes when systems are poorly designed.

Civic and Public Engagement

As Mrs. Maryland United States, ChiQuita represented her state in civic and public forums, engaging with elected officials and participating in community-centered initiatives. These experiences deepened her understanding of visibility and public responsibility.

Why She Does This Work
